Samuel Kim
Founder, CEO
Samuel Kim is a student at Bergen County Academies (BCA), in the Academy for Business and Finance, and the founder of Aim for Unity. He is a nationally ranked archer, and a USA Archery Level 1 Certified instructor and judge. Inspired by his grandmother’s experience with dementia, Samuel launched Aim for Unity to make archery accessible, inclusive, and impactful for communities of all ages.
Byron Lee
Byron is a senior at Tenafly High School. He is a nationally ranked archer and is invested in the fight against dementia using sports such as archery.

Luke Jin
Co-Chief Operating Officer
Luke Jin is a nationally ranked archer and a USA Archery Level 1 Certified Instructor. With over 500 dedicated hours of community service, and personal experience caring for his grandmother with dementia, Luke utilizes both his proficiency and compassion to make archery a therapeutic and enjoyable experience among the elderly.
Noah Jin
Noah Jin is a nationally ranked archer and certified USA Level 1 Archery instructor with a passion for teaching and mentorship. He also brings valuable experience from volunteering at a senior center. Noah’s dedication, patience, and strong sense of responsibility are evident both on the range and in his community work, reflecting a commitment to excellence, compassion, and service.

Sophie is a sophomore at Scarsdale High School. She enjoys archery, dance, and art, and is committed to making a positive impact through archery.

Kevin Lim is a sophomore at Don Bosco High School and belongs to the robotics team at his school. He enjoys volunteering and helping others.
Rachel Park

Rachel is a freshman at Leonia High School and is part of the Leonia Humanities Academy. She enjoys archery and helping out her community.
David Kim

David is a freshman at Northern Valley Old Tappan Regional High School who loves archery. Outside of shooting his bow, he enjoys playing video games and staying active. He’s a motivated and hardworking person who always gives his best.
Chelsea Choi

Chelsea is a freshmen and loves the sport of archery. In her free time, she loves to play volleyball and spend time with friends and family. She also values having a positive impact on her peers and trying out new things.
William Lee

William Lee is a sophmore at Trevor Day School who enjoys shooting his bow and is deeply invested in helping others. With a strong sense of community and compassion, he seeks out opportunities to support those around him and make a meaningful impact.

Katie is in her senior year at the Dwight-Englewood School. She loves archery, cats, and 80s music. She aspires to be in the medical field and hopes to help her community through the sport she is passionate about.

Joshua is currently a senior at the Dwight-Englewood School. He is passionate about archery and is dedicated to expanding access to the sport for those who need it most.
Daniel Oh
Coach
Daniel is a 14-year-old homeschool student who is currently focusing on archery. He has been selected for the 2026 U15 USA National Archery Team and is currently ranked third in the nation. Beside his training in archery, Daniel enjoys exploring a variety of interests, including art, cello, piano and hiking. These activities help support his personal growth and balance as he continues to learn and develop both as an athlete and as a student.

Lian is a sophomore in Scarsdale High School who enjoys archery and music. She values her community and supports her peers.
Audrey Han

Audrey is a student at the Brearley School in Manhattan. In addition to her dedication to archery, she enjoys creating art and playing the viola. She actively serves her community through soup kitchens and nonprofit organizations such as AWCA, and she looks forward to expanding her community service through archery.
Janette Park
Janette is a freshman at Northern Valley Old Tappan High School and a nationally ranked archer. She enjoys archery and wants to pursue it not just as a hobby but also as a professional athlete. She’s compassionate about helping out the community and hopes that she can help more through this sport.

Jacob Goldstein
Jacob Goldstein is an eighth grader attending Tenafly Middle School. Aside from an interest in archery, Jacob pursues medicine, biology, chemistry, and occasionally mathematics. He’s a tenacious, diligent, and sharp person who loves helping others.
